Yes — most items can be customized with names, initials, quotes, color changes, or theme variations. Add personalization notes at checkout or email me after placing your order.

All items are handmade to order. Production time is typically 3–5 business days, or 5–7 business days for larger or custom designs. Tracking is provided once your order ships.

If you're on a deadline, message me before ordering. I can often accommodate rush production or priority shipping upgrades.

Yes — local pickup is OPEN for customers in the Las Vegas Valley.

Turnaround time:

• 1–2 days for most items
• Slightly longer for personalized designs

How pickup works:

1. You’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email with your confirmation number — please save it.
2. When your order is finished, you’ll receive a Ready for Pickup Notification Email.
3. After receiving your Ready for Pickup email, you must email me to book your pickup appointment.
4. Pickup is by appointment only, between 9am–6pm.
5. Please do not arrive before receiving your Ready for Pickup Notification email.

Stainless Steel Tumblers:

• Hand-wash only
• Do not soak
• Do not scrub printed areas
• Not microwave-safe
• Avoid dropping or denting the stainless steel

Ceramic Mugs:

• Hand-wash recommended to preserve print vibrancy
• Top-rack dishwasher safe (light cycles only)
• Not microwave-safe if the design contains metallic accents

Metal Bookmarks:

• Wipe gently with a soft cloth
• Avoid bending — aluminum can crease permanently
• Keep away from abrasive surfaces

Magnetic Bookmarks:

• Keep away from moisture
• Do not fold or twist
• Store flat when not in use

Pens:

• Wipe with a soft cloth
• Avoid dropping to prevent ink misalignment
• Keep capped when not in use

Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts):

• Wash inside-out
• Cold water only
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not iron directly on the design
• No bleach or harsh detergents

Tote Bags:

• Spot clean only
• Do not machine wash
• Air dry only

Coasters:

• Wipe with a damp cloth
• Do not soak
• Keep away from extreme heat

Stickers:

• Water-resistant but not waterproof
• Clean surface before applying
• Best for laptops, notebooks, tumblers, and smooth surfaces

Keychains:

• Wipe with a soft cloth
• Avoid scratching the printed surface
• Keep away from chemicals and perfumes

Mouse Pads:

• Spot clean only
• Do not machine wash
• Air dry flat

Because each item is handmade and often personalized, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 7 days and I’ll fix it right away.
